Meet The Team

Siân started her recruitment career in 1988 specialising in the commercial sector. Her recruitment expertise covers virtually every sector available.

She was instrumental in developing a technical division for a large national and worked for a specialist Accountancy Recruiter in London. She was awarded Manager of the Year whilst working for Blue Arrow and since setting up the Grafters Group with Nick Graff, they have won numerous business awards to include Professional Business and Employer of the Year.

Through their hands on approach they now own and manage the most successful agency in this area.

Nick began his career in recruitment in 1987, working in the industrial sector. After several years of managing the most successful Industrial office in the south, he set up Grafters in 1999, which quickly proved to be even more successful, with numerous awards to match.

His friendly, hands on approach to recruiting ensures his solid expertise is passed on through our long standing team of consultants, on a regular basis.

Nick specialises in keeping the team up to date with all the relevant legislative changes and employment law. He is available to answer any questions you may have.

Lin Moralee joined our Team as Office Temps Consultant in January 2006.

Although Lin had no recruitment background she had an enviable reputation as a high achieving sales person with a natural flair for dealing with people. Having worked at a local newspaper for a number of years, Lin brought her knowledge of both local companies and the local area. She shows exceptional expertise in her recruiting. Having been in the role for a long time, Lin has made a huge impression on our clients and temps, and is regularly complimented for her skill in placing the right people in the right jobs, by returning satisfied customers.

Tara Martin joined Grafters in 2006 as a Consultant in our Accountancy division and has been a revelation ever since.

Her ability to learn the recruitment industry at an early age was unsurpassed. She shows exceptional commitment to her clients and applicants and in 2010 Tara was made Manager of Grafters Accountancy. Her ability to source even the most difficult roles was outstanding.

Tara also assists with the placing of temporary and permanent staff in Grafters Recruitment and has an enviable ability to turn her hand to almost anything whilst offering a first class service.

Tracy joined Grafters back in 2000.

Tracy came from the Financial industry, and had exceptional Customer skills, combined with a excellent standard of Administration.

She embraced the position of Permanent Consultant very quickly and transformed the face of local recruiting, and became the most successful consultant in Eastbourne. Tracy quickly became popular with both clients and candidates alike. She has since been a welcoming face of Grafters to returning satisfied customers delighted by her previous knowledge of them. It’s so much easier for us to deal with customers having placed with them previously. She has placed thousands of satisfied candidates to our client base over the years.

Jan joined Grafters in 1999 as office administrator, providing back up to the recruitment team. Her job involves everything from invoicing clients to ordering stationery.

Having worked in recruitment in the early 80’s with Reed Employment and being manager for an Eastbourne agency, Jan is the perfect person to understand the back up required to keep Grafters running smoothly and enabling the recruitment team to concentrate on providing the frontline service.
