Victoria is an experienced employment law solicitor, with over 20 years’ experience.  Recognised for her expertise, Victoria has been ranked in Chambers and Partners 2025 and as a ‘Leading Partner’ in The Legal 500 UK 2025.

With extensive experience advising both employers and employees, Victoria has a wealth of experience in all aspects of employment law. In particular, unfair dismissal, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), redundancies and restructures, and discrimination. In addition, she also deals with senior level director disputes, settlement agreements, restrictive covenant disputes, and all employment matters arising from share and asset sales and purchases of businesses. She has represented clients in the Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals as well as the Supreme Court.

Victoria regularly delivers webinars and seminars at regional and industry events on topical employment law issues such as AI in the workplace and employee surveillance, mental health and wellbeing, menopause and fertility, restrictive covenants, employment status and flexible/hybrid working and most latterly on the impact of the Employment Rights Bill.
